This event takes place at Wines of While, a much-loved wine bar, restaurant, and shop in Boorloo/Perth on Whadjuk Noongar Country. Head chef Jack Short will be serving a Mediterranean-inspired menu that celebrates local produce with bold yet simple flavours, paired with thoughtfully chosen minimal-intervention wines from small producers across Europe and Australia.

Over the evening, you’ll enjoy a generous three-course shared supper – think handmade bread and snacks, a seasonal main such as pasta, and a sweet finish – all designed for communal dining and conversation. Our local Perth host will be there to guide the evening and make sure everyone feels welcome.
