Mind Your Business: By Club Sup & Squarespace (Copy)

  • The Commons 10-20 Gwynne Street Cremorne, VIC, 3121 Australia (map)

Building a business can be exhilarating, but it can also be isolating. Just as we need personal friends, we also need meaningful professional connections. For creative professionals and small business owners, these connections are essential—not just for networking or skill-building, but for nurturing the very thing that fuels their success: the mind.

The mind drives creativity, decision-making, and resilience. Mind Your Business is a space designed to help you take care of your most valuable asset—while also strengthening the foundation of your business.

In this four-part series, we’re bringing together top branding experts, business coaches, Squarespace specialists, and psychologists to help you grow your business while taking care of your mental health. Think of it like after-work drinks with work friends, but with expert-led learning on topics like branding, website design, SEO, business processes, and mental health for entrepreneurs. Each event will be hosted out of The Commons across two hours. The first half will be a presentation from one of our guest speakers and the second will be an opportunity to mingle and dare I say network? Connecting with new work friends.

The final event in the Mind Your Business series hosted by Club Sup & Squarespace, From mind full to mindful: Rethinking mindfulness for work will be hosted by psychologist Chris Cheers. In this session we'll explore what mindfulness can actually look like in a modern work context. We’ll unpack how to create space for calm and clarity in your day, how mindfulness supports better boundaries (not just productivity), and why slowing down might be the most powerful thing you do for your work. You’ll leave with grounded tools, new perspectives, and a refreshed mindset.

To shape this session we will ask our guests to submit some of their questiosn about how to best care for your mind and practice minfullness when running a business.
