This Perth supper club will be held at Wines of While, a beloved wine bar, restaurant, and shop in Boorloo/Perth on Whadjuk Noongar Country. Head chef Jack Short will prepare a Mediterranean-inspired menu celebrating local produce and bold, simple flavours. Wines are thoughtfully chosen from small-scale winemakers across Europe and Australia, with a focus on minimal intervention and expressive character.

Over the evening, you’ll enjoy a generous three-course communal supper – from handmade bread and snacks to a seasonal main and something sweet to finish – all designed for conversation and connection. Our local Perth host will guide the evening, making sure introductions feel easy and the night flows naturally.
